Default Question about i-130

I'm slightly confused again.

I am a K1 fiancee and have sent off my adjustment of status documents:

i-485
i-131
i-130
1-765

I got receipts for everything but the i-130 and having just read some of the threads on this site i noticed that it is only K3's that mention i-130.

So, should i have sent the i-130? Should i have got a receipt for it?

Hope someone can help, Thanks

The 130 is for once you are married so that's why K3 folks do it.
You said you're a fiancee, so have you gotten married (I hope) before sending these documents off?

Oh yeah - im not that confused! - I'm married. I just mailed back everything they sent me in the AOS package and have a feeling that i wasnt supposed to send back the i-130. It just seems to be used by K-3 people not K1 people.

Must go as i have my fingerprinting this morning.
