This is what I kept saying today at 3:29pm........I was just checking
online while waiting to kill 20 minutes before I could call my husband
and decided just for the hell of it to check our status. I had talked
to the Liasion today and I told her I was going to try to be paitient
and give them a month to approve the I-129f like she wrote to me in a
letter. I was going to be paitent until April 7th even though the
killing would kill me after them losing the file for 5 months......So
I wasn't even going to check the online status until I got home from
tutoring tonight, 9:00pm. I have resisted the temptation to check
hundreds of times a day since the liasion got involved I have only
check 3 times a day.....so I checked the online status and had a heart
attack!!!!!!

This is what it said:

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On March 11, 2003, an approval notice was
mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice,
you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address,
please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business
hours.

OH MY GOD OH MY GOD..........I couldn't say anything, I couldn't even
breathe I started shaking and crying and screaming and shouting for
joy. I started sialing ALL my phone numbers but had to keep redialing
due to the shaking! I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY there is
nothing I can say to describe my INTENSE JOY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still
jumping off the walls and ceilings and everything...........THANK YOU
GOD THANK YOU GOD THANK YOU GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The relief of the stress falling off my shoulders is
inmeasurable......you all know what I am talking about! All my hard
work, sweat, tears, pain anguish, suffering finally paid off! THANK
YOU LIASION!!!!! THANK YOU MSC!!!!!! Thank you world!!!!!!!!!THANK
YOU EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!

Jan 10, 2003 Case given to adjudicator

Jan 17, 2003 Called told waiting for A-file and Background checks
.................Call every two weeks like told to by INS to check
status with a Information Officer told same thing,
call backin 2 weeks

Feb 24, 2003 Faxed letter to 2 Senators about case

March 4, 2003 Called Senator Allard, talked to Kristi Immigration
liasion she started investigation to find missing A-
file

March 5, 2003 A-file "arrived" at MSC mysteriously

March 7, 2003 Get letter from Senator Campbell's office saying they
just got file will now take even longer for security
checks.

March 8, 2003 Letter from Kristi saying she heard from them, they
got the file and to give them a month and she would
follow up April 7

March 11, 2003 2nd NOA I-129f YAHHHHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

March 12, 2003 Checked online status saw the glorious
news....Candice
has a happy heart attack and jumps to the moon for
joy!!!!Masha Allah!


I thank Allah for hearing our prayers and helping ease this suffering
we are going through!!!! Now on to the next step....soon insha allah
my beautiful wonderful husband and my daughter's Abi will come
home!!!!!
