order of forms for AOS
I went to the BCIS site and at this link they specify that the forms are to be put together as follows:
http://uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffic...onal/index.htm
Maybe I am just not too brainy tonight, but the order doesnt make sense to me at all.
The below colums simply serve to give me a headache...and they are missing the I-485
Would someone be so kind to chime in as to what order I need to assemble these forms if i am filing the following: I-864, I-130, G-325a, I-485, I-765
I-90 I-102
I-129F I-130
I-131 I-140
I-212 I-290
I-360 I-526
I-539 I-589
I-612 I-690
I-694 I-695
I-698 I-724
I-730 I-751
I-765 I-817
I-821 I-824

Further down the link you posted it shows this info:
"Assembly Order for Forms I-129, I-485, and N-400: Use the more specialized assembly order below:
I-485
Fee payment
Form G-28, if applicable
Form I-485 with two photos attached
Form I-485 Supplement, if applicable
Form I-864, if applicable
Form I-131 and/or form I-765
G-325A
Other evidence
Supporting documentation"
The information you read was from "Assembly Order for All Forms (except the I-129, I-485 and the N-400):
Not sure where the I-130 fits in though.
Hope this helps clarify things, good luck!

You could simplify your life and go to:
http://k1.exit.com/touristframes.html
There is a list of all the forms you will need. You don't need the I-9003 as it is obsolete.
Or you could go to the USCIS site:
http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-485.htm
And they spell out exactly what you and your wife need to file for her adjustment.

Re: order of forms for AOS
Fee payments ( 1 for AOS, 1 for fingerprinting, 1 for EAD)
Form I-485 with two photos attached
Form I-864 (notorized)
Form I-765 with two photos attached
G-325A
Supporting documentation
This is how we filed my husband's AOS and EAD. He came in on a K1 visa. The BCIS clerk went through the entire documents while we stood there and made sure all was in order and nothing was left blank. We had 3 money orders and paperclipped all to the top left hand side of the cover sheet.
