Default Need your help anyone- my I129F has just been approved 8-31-04. What's next?

What is the next step and the timeframe for this step to happen...

The I129F for fiance visa has just been approved 8-31-04 and I am
waiting for my
confirmation letter... It took 2 1/2 months for this process...

I have been told that now it goes to the National Visa Center for
processing...
I wonder if anyone else has been thru this process and can share the
timeframe
in how long this takes and what the next processes that I and my
fiance Evelyn from the phillipines has to endure after this... Can
anyone inform me of their experiences... I would really be greatful as
I am not sure who to call next
the US embassy in Manila or the National Visa Center to check on the
status...
My fiance already has a passport as she worked in Singapore and her
passport is still valid if this makes a difference... Please Help...
Thank you and God Bless
David

That was fast, it was 107 days for ours...

Apparently the next step is limbo -- the file is sent to the NVC, they
forward it to the Embassy in Manila (this took 9 days for me). After
Manila gets it they hold on to it until they schedule an interview. I
called the Embassy and was told it would take 45-90 days to SCHEDULE
the interview, once it has been scheduled, they will send out Packet 3.

No information other than this seems to be available...

We are currently waiting for Packet 3 (25 days and counting).

You can (and should IMO) verify that the petition was received at the
NVC. I'd give it at least a week before calling them, maybe two. And
then that it was forwarded to the Embassy and that the Embassy knows it
has it (give that another week or two). Then you simply wait...
