I-130 approved
Hi guy's...
Today I checked the online status of my I-130 and noticed it's approved as from 08/30.
I'll be going through the AOS process though.

Congrats to you and Patricia!

Kathy and I too. It's a great feeling. I received an email from Nebraska
today informing me that our I-130 had been approved. :) We're going to
London to do Consular Processing. Just got to drag it out till after our
second anniversary, 0303/05. 6 more months, I guess it should just work out
right.

I'm wondering if I need to inform anyone that I want to do the AOS here, instead of going back to Holland for the I-130.....

Congratulations!!!!! Long time no talk! My husband's I-130 also got aproved a couple of days ago (Aug. 27), but we decided to fly back to Spain for his visa. Now if only we would get our I-765 approved!!!!

Re: I-130 approved
My wife and I came to the US on Aug 23 on K3 visa and now on Sept. 1,
2004 our I-130 approved(375 days). I wish that I-130 was approved
before she came to the US, so that she would have been here on
immigrant status(conditional green card) instead of being on
non-immigrant status(k3 visa). I will send my I-485 AOS in as soon as
I get my I-130 NOA 2. Thanks to everyone in this NG and have a safe
Labor day weekend.
