I really need help with this...any input is appreciated, thanks.Can't
find answers in any INS rules or regulations.

(1) Can form I-526 (EB-5 petition for Alien Enterpreneur) be filed
concurrently with I-485?

I know the easy answer is "no". But on the form itself, it says:
"Check the box here is the adjustment of status application is
attached to this form". Isn't it supposed to mean anyting?

Note: I know that there is a recent interim rule that allows for
simultaneous filing of (specifically I-140 and I-485) and this does
not extend to EB-5. But what i there is some pre-existing rule that
allows that for EB-5? Tere's gott to be a reason why the form contains
that question.
