Name not given in "Notice of Action"
When applied for the EAD card, my school wrote my given name in wrong
place. So my "Notice of Action" actually wrote "xxx Name Not Given".
My school said they had already requested a change to the INS but they
didn't received their response yet.
Does anyone has the same problem before?
I want to apply for a temporary EAD card in 91 days. Do you think I
will have any problems?
Any help is appreciated.
If possible, please reply to my email: [email protected]

I haven't heard of that particular mistake.

Maybe. All you can do is try. Ask your international office to provide you
with documentation that it made a mistake, with copies of the form as
originally filed, and certification that the form was meant for you. You
will be submitting a new I-765 to request an interim EAD, and you can ensure
that that one is filled out correctly.
