Name change
Hi all,
Submitted an I-90 online to make an alteration to my GC name. Received on the 25th (online obviously) and on the 27th was sent a biometrics appointment notification. When logging in it shows this status however there is no appointment letter showing in documents. When calling USCIS they state that they haven't gotten to the biometrics process yet and case is only 'received'.
I know last time that I had two weeks to attend my biometrics between getting the letter and the date however they are telling me to wait 30 days before calling again.
Therefore, my concern is if I do that I may forfeit my application if they have scheduled it quickly.
Can I make an infopass appointment or show up at the biometric office? It's usually pretty quiet from what I've seen.
Advice appreciated.

Re: Name change
It is not clear to me what you are taking about. Perhaps you can re-phrase so I and others can offer something!

Re: Name change
Letter came in time, apparently the online system was not working for a few days.
