'Ready for Interview'

'Ready for Interview'
I had my interview on 20/10/2017. Asked to submit additional documents which I did and DX have confirmed that the embassy have received the documents.
My question is CEAC has been updated three times since then and it is still saying 'Ready for Interview' !
Anyone has a clue? Is this automatic or done by staff? Is there a way of finding out what the status?
Thanks

Re: 'Ready for Interview'
It is not unusual for the online status report not to be updated regularly. When someone gets around to it, they get around to it. I don't know of any way to get a status report at this time. It's only been a few days. It will happen soon.

As Rete said, it's not unusual at all.
Also - further down the line in your immigration journey you'll probably suffer the same thing with the online status updates. It's about as much use as a chocolate teapot

Thanks Rete, it's not actually that they are not updating it, they are updating it with the wrong status that I should be ready for interview! One yesterday and one today as well.

Re: 'Ready for Interview'
If it shows the same status even while it says "updated" it only means it has been rebooted. It has not been updated.
Switch to decaf for the next few days. It will happen

I'm very grateful for this thread...I'm in a very similar situation to red_onion and noticed the same thing on the CEAC website.
Good to know it's not just me!

Re: 'Ready for Interview'
My husband and children had their interviews, and were approved and then online it said they still need to attend the interview. I don't think it ever changed but the package came just less then a couple of weeks later.
