I recently immigrated from south africa when 9months pregnant, my
fiance' has'nt seen the baby, I wana know how can i get him over to the
u.s

Where is the father? South Africa? What's your status in the USA now? Basically, without being married, there is nothing you can do to help him come to the USA. He has to apply for an appropriate visa....tourist, work, student, etc.

Only a USC can petition for a fiance to come to the USA. You are not a citizen yet (I imagine, since you immigrated recently).
