As far as MSC, the center is working fast with NOV.'s receipt which is really great. Light, your time is approaching. Pretty soon we will get approvals for Dec. Yes !!! Go! Go! Go! MSC !!!!

I got my interview date at London ...4th March.
Very very nervous..I know I will be refused due to my previous overstay, I just hope I have enough evidence for the waiver..

i have a question about the recieved date. On our paper reciept it says recieved Feb 3 and online it says Feb 10th?
which date do we start counting from?

I asked the same thing a few weeks back, my paper said 24 Jan, online said 27 Jan. Rete said perhaps because the 24th was a Friday, it was acknowledged BUT they didn't get around to loading it into the system until the following Monday, the 27th. Your case is obviously a bit more than over a weekend lag. I would probably go for the later date rather than the earlier if I were you. I know, I know a week's delay.

Hi,

Since we all have obviously applied also for the I-130 I thought this might be the place to ask this question.

Our receipt date for I-130 is June 14th, yet the CSC processing times show July 29. Should we be concerned yet?

I NEED HELP!!!!!

I found this site today and read through all these posts FIRST I was
so happy to know I wasn't alone, by the end I was crying. This is
why:

I-130 1 NOA June 28......

I-129F NOA 1 OCTOBER 8.........pending.......

My husband is from Morocco and we filed a I-130 in June 2002. Then
later we found out about the K-3 visa and so I got VERY excited, so we
filed in October 2002. I was told by IRS Missouri center that they
started processing our case Jan 10, 2003 and I call very other week
and they are still "processing." I would like to know if any one else
has filed a K-3 Visa and what their experiences were and how long it
took....I am VERY VERY nervous I miss my husband so much he had to go
back to Morocco in October and it is so hard to be apart. I am scared
about how long he is going to be gone, I am scared about the problems
in the middle east and if they would hurt our case. Please if anyone
has any information and could help me I would really appreciate it me
and my husband are really hurting.....Thank you. I am so scared....I
called again today the bitch....sorry but she was told me to write a
letter to the supervisor and see what is going on.....I have also
emailed my congressmen and faxed them letters...I was told 2 Weeks for
them to get back to me. We are on day 139 and I am dying.......I am
so happy for everyone else....but I can't help but feel OVERWHELIMING
grief.....WHY arn't we approved yet. The keep telling me everything
is fine we are not denied we turned in EVERYTHING..... PLEASE someone
help.......
