Default MSC - AP Update

FYI, I checked online today and it appears that my AP was approved on April 16!!! My NOA was dated Feb 27, I thought they had stopped processing, but thankfully they have started again! I won't believe it until I have it in my hands though.

Congratulations.

I know you heard this from your congressperson (I believe that is what you wrote earlier) but why would you believe this and wherever did they get their information?

Normally if a service center ceases operations (and yes, it does happen) it is normally for reasons such as inventory (late September/early October), extraordinary backlog in another department and/or center where additional manpower is to meet a deadline or clear a blockage, i.e. N-400s in Vermont in 1999, it is publicly announced, if not through the general public, at least through the AILA. I've not heard either Mr. Udall or Mr. Folinskyinla report this stoppage.

So once again glad to hear your good news and hope others will note that both you and Debidoll have received A/P from NBC/MSC and that the Center is up and running.
