Fiancees go through MUCH faster then the Husbands. Unless your
service center is NSC, then you are in the same boat because they are
sooooooo slow!!!!! So if you are doing a K-1 then you will get here
sooner then a K-3. All K-3's are at Missouri (MSC) that is what INS
told me. K-1's go to the service center that services your area. Do
you know any MSC#'s and their NOA 1st and 2nd dates.

I have one that doesn't help me because it is the same date as mine

1st NOA (MSC) October 9
2nd NOA (MSC) February 28

MSC 03 007 62826

Well mine is as follows with MSC:

1st NOA- Dec 8, 2002
2nd NOA- Feb 28, 2003

No the NOA's I posted were for someone else. I was told if I could
get a 1st NOA after mine with a 2nd NOA, then I could have a case to
get a congressional investigation as to why mine is not yet processed!

I posted this MSC # for the people from September becasue this NOA is
Oct and they already got their 2nd NOA....before the September people.
I found the NOA I posted by looking at other MSC# close to mine and
came upon someone with an October date, out of curiosity I have kept
checking it, because I had the same date and I was hopeful that we
would be approved at the same time. Well that didn't happen. I hope
this clarifies what I mean.

1st NOA OCT 9
2nd NOA......still waiting....day 142.
