Re: Missouri K-3
I contacted my senators office concerning my k3 visa. She informed my
that my case had been given to the adjudicator on Oct. 29th and that i
had another 30-60 days yet and most likely it would be the 60 days.
That will be well past the 180 days on my NOA. Here is my time line:
i 129 sent to msc on june 11,2002
received date: june 13th
notice date june 17th
As of today we are at 141 days. My friend whose notice is 12 days
earlier than mine is still waiting for her 2nd noa also. the funny (if
there is such a word when dealing with the ins) is that both of our i
130s have been approved in less that 5 months from Vermont. I would
really like to know where my papers were from june 17th until oct.
29th. My Egyptian husband is saying what most of us are thinking "the
k3 visa is a joke".

We have the same 1st noa date 6/17. Another 30 to 60 days! I was expecting
approval in about 2 weeks. Do you think your case might take longer because
your husband is Egyptian? You know how the INS is with men from the middle
east. My wife is from the Philippines. Best wishes.
