thanks guys for the info, i'm sorry i didn't make this part clear but we would get
married in NY because the cruise is from NY-NY would it still be a problem? Since
we're getting married in the U.S?

Once you are married inside the US, your wife should not leave the US without first
obtaining Advance Parole. Sorry, I don't know the processing times for AP in your
region. You can do a search on the newsgroup archives or see
