Default marriage to a person with deportation

I recently got engaged to my highschool sweet heart who has a
deportation to leave the country last year. I am a U.S citizen and I
want to marry him. What are the procedures to follow. Can I do it on
my own or I need a lawyer to reopen his case. Please help.

Consult with an attorney ASAP.

Andy.

I married my fiance outside the US after he was deported and we're now following the k-3 route.

I would get an attorney. We did and he was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. I was good at gathering info and completing most of everything myself once I knew what to do but he was always there for questions and believe me, you'll have alot.

We're going on week 4 waiting to hear back from our interview.....

Best of luck to you.

Are you crying Ray?

I know it's sad, but God, you don't even know these people.

I am working on it but I was wondering what would happen if we just
get married and sent the documents in?

and banned.
