Marriage in Louisianna.
Hi,
Friends of us want to get married in New Orleans, Louisianna.
Which papers do they need, they are from Europe.
Asked this before but lost the answers.

It takes 30 minutes and cost is listed as $27.50
License is valid in any parish (like a county ) in LA.
3 days waiting period to be married can be waiver.
