MSC processing time archives
For what it's worth, if anyone wants to see patterns, etc.:

They have advanced from early October to late November/early December in the
past couple of weeks. My theory is that they are trying to get as many in
before the 1 March "transition" (vacation), perhaps to try to get the wait
to the 60-day period. I hope so because my 60th day is 1 March!
