The instructions say to include "Original statements of your intent from you
and your fiance(e) who YOU
PLAN to marry within 90 days of his/her admission..."
Notice it does not say that you MUST say something about marrying within 90
days or use any specific phraseology although it would not hurt to mention
it. Isn't it assumed that if you are filing a I129F you know what the
requirements are? The 90 day rule is really drummed into you through all the
documentation.

God, now I'm worried about this. We said "we plan to get married as soon as she is allowed addmitance into the the US"
Isn't that good enough????
Thanks,
Sunny

I hope so. I mentioned the 90 days in my letter but Janette did not do so in
hers. Could BCIS be so picky?

It doesn't say you have to say that.
Jeez...ugh.. I don't care anymore. We'll see what happens when it happens.
Good luck to you,

I believe you guys have:
CORNERED THE MARKET ON PARANOIA
Don't worry about it. If you said you planned to marry within the 90 day validity of the K-1, that is fine. If you did not mention it, but mentioned that you intend to marry, etc., that is fine, too.
It is alright to be prudent and cautious but to be paranoid because you didn't do what the other guy did, or you phrased a letter differently then a suggestion on someone personal's website, is bordering on certifiable.
And yes, BCIS can make you that but you don't have to help yourself get to the front door of the looney bin quicker than necessary.
Chill Out!

Yes, thanks. I also appreciate what you have said. I think all of us are in the state of worrying about anything and everything to do with our application.
