K3 vs K1 for US citizen and Argentinian
Hi all! I am from the US and my fiance, who lives in Argentina, are
trying to figure out which way to get him here to the US will be
quicker. I am going to visit him in March, so we could get married
there and then file for a DCF (K-3) then. If anyone here has filed for
a K-1 or K-3 and has dealt with the embassy in Argentina, can you
please tell me which route you took and how long it took you before
your fiance or spouse was able to come to the US? I would greatly
appreciate it! Thanks!
