I think I saw some Swedish spouses on Tenni's website. Post your information (for anyone who hasn't already.)![Smile](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)

What does overstay mean exactly, my fiancee was here on vacation and only stayed for a month each time.

I think I've read from another post that your husband was from the UK, so he probably came on the Visa Waiver program, which allows him to stay for 90 days. If he only stayed for 30, y'all are fine! No overstay.

I learned only a few days ago that that could be a cause of RFE, and I think a LOT of people make that mistake, so be careful! Now I'm scared I'm going to get an RFE for that...=(
Just don't want your case to be delayed for that...

Yes - Thanks for the warning! Since I've been posting here, I've seen a lot of discussions about that, so I'll be sure to answer 'properly'.
My big concern now is how his name appears on our Marriage certificate - it isn't the same as his passport and birth certificate.
He uses his middle name as his first name (though, his birth cert. just says 'given names' and doesn't specify the order).
He didn't even put his second name on the marriage cert.
ugh.

I would attach an explanation saying exactly that. Another poster said they had gotten into some trouble with the names not matching up exactly. You can do something like "See attachment #1" off to the side.

Only 90 days?? Ken came in on Visa Waiver last December (this was
several months before he proposed to me) and the immigration officer at
the Atlanta airport stamped his passport for 6 MONTHS!

"The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables citizens of certain countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for 90 days or less without obtaining a visa."
I guess your husband was just lucky, then...
