Default K1 & K3 Question

what are the chances that if you are not granted a K1 visa that they
would grant you a K3 Visa?

The same. You still have to met the very same requirements, financially and civically. In other words, if you require a waiver because of a criminal past for the K-1, you will still need it for the K-3.

One of those questions that invites another question -- WHY were you denied the K-1??

no we are just in the process, I was just wondering if anyone ever got the K3 if the K1
didn't work.
