Hay Rcn,
I am in the same boat too, my first NOA is AUgust 1, 2002, and my husband is from Pakistan too. What is in my mind is that most probably we were hitted by the IBIS check, not because either of us was arrested ( thanks God, never being), but because of his name, which is pretty common, specially since 9/11. But I have faith that at least will get news from INS before this year ends. And hoepfully he will be with me again
by May or JUne of next year. Good luck to you
