Finally my finace has her interview next month! My question is, how
beneficial is it for me to be there with her? She really wants me to
come but since the time from Interview to Visa is uncertain and I have
work obligations here, I'd prefer to go and pick her up once she has
the visa in hand so I can square away plane tickets, etc. I was there
a couple months ago anyway.

If I do go for the interview, can I go in with her (she is a bit
nervous at the prospect as she is not superb in English or Hindi - she
is Tibetan - and would love for me to be there). But if I can not go
with her, it may be better for me to wait until she has the visa.

Does any one know how long this usually takes?

Any advice appreciated. Thanks!
