My wife got a call from her brother that papers were delivered by LBC (Philippine
delivery service) on Saturday (wonder why her family didn't tell her till Thursday) .
She's supposed to have her brother bring it too her in her morning. Maybe the K-3 is
happening? Thats 36 days from 1st NOA on the K-3.
