Default IRS forms for I-134 support

I am collecting material for I-134 (I have a pending I-129F NSC). My fiance is in Melbourne. Do I need copies of original tax forms from INS, or are "transcripts" from IRS ok. Do I need previous three years or just one? Any info much appreciated. ----Dave

Tax transcripts are good and best of all they are, believe it or not, FREE!!!!!

Whether its 1 year, 3 years or NO income tax returns all depends on the Consulate. Some people have reported that the income tax return weren't even looked at. Call them and ask.

I'm having to send this form to my wife in Canada. Do you know
what the phone number is to get these transcripts, or if they're even
needed?
Thanks

I sent transcripts, have them stamp the transcript when you go pick them
up, tell them it is for INS, I'd get it for the last 3 years or less.

Default What about W-2?

I still have all of my original W-2s and copies of the 1040s I sent in. Would those work as well?

Thanks.

It depends on what the consulate wants.
ALso give the consulate what they want.
Different consulates want different things.
