How true is that some DO will not issue interim EAD even after 90 days
(minus the days waiting for Biometric) of the submission of I-765

is it possible to get interim EAD beofre 90 days in anticipation of
closure of this practice in the very near future

From what I've seen on this forum, it seems rare lately to actually get the interim EAD. It seems that if you have not yet had your biometrics, and you go in after 90 days, they will do your biometrics at that appointment (or send you off to get them done right away at an ASC location), and then tell you the EAD will come in the mail shortly after. If you have had the biometrics done, and you go in 90 days from the NOA date, they will tell you to wait further before asking for an interim. Evidently the clock stops while waiting to get biometrics done.

I have not heard that you can get an interim before 90 days.

I also have not heard about any "closure of this practice in the very near future". Can you tell us where you found that bit of news?
