They don't. You need to prove to them that the marriage was in good
faith. If you don't then the assume it was not in good faith. It's that
simple.
How do you prove that that marriage was in good faith? Well that's been
written about many times. Do some research. Ask youself "what would
convince you that two strangers married in good faith?".
