If you want to call your fiance cheap
i have used www.nobelcom.com to call my fiance, i'm not here to advertize, just want to help you out. I call my brazilian fiance for just about as cheap as i call my parents here in the US. If you want to put in my email as the person who referred you I'd appreciate it - [email protected] - . Hope it saves you some money

I have used them and found their cards to be quite awful in sound quality. I use www.callingcards.com

I also have used Nobel and found they are the cheapest for Germany. I rarely had a sound problem but if I did I hung up and called back and it was fine.
