751 (with waiver) interview is tomorrow morning at the Norfolk, VA Center. I’m really hoping everything will be okay. My wife and I separated and then divorced less than a year after I came here with my conditional greencard. I didn’t receive any RFE before my interview appointment, which I’m taking as a good thing. I sent pictures of us, messages from guys she was doing stuff with/warning messages sent to me …pics of her with another guy before we divorced…our joint lease agreement and insurance documentation, transactions between our bank accounts to/from each other. I also wrote a statement of why we separated and subsequently divorced (she basically just changed her mind, abandoned her marriage and said she wanted to do cannabis and see other people in an open relationship).

I really hope and pray everything will be okay and I’ll be upgraded to the 10-year card.

Tell the truth to the best of our recollection, even if parts of it might paint you in a negative light. Remember, she might have contacted USCIS herself and made spurious allegations, so be prepared for anything. Good luck!
