I started my GC process a long time ago. My priority Date is May 1996. My company's
immigrations lawer is doing everything since the begining of the process.
I have a doughter who will be 21 years old in this October who is and I am afraid we
may have a problem with that. The lawyer already filed an "aging" request.
My I485 receipt date was last October.
1) Does someone nows if there is something else I can do (besides pray). ?
2) How does my situation looks ?
Thank you in advance for experienced answers.

You and your daughter will probably be O.K., because the attorney has notified INS of
the age-out.
I suggest that if the I-485 has not been approved by August 1, that you get your
Congressperson involved. Let your attorney know you are doing this. Call the local
office of the Member of the House of Representatives for the district of your
residence, and ask to speak with a staff person in charge of immigation inquiries.
