I130 Receipt
Hello,
I have a simple question: my wife (a US citizen) filed I130 petition
for her adult sister on 9/22/02. The check was cashed on 10/2/02, but
we have not received the receipt from the INS (California Service
Center)yet.
Is this normal? When should we receive the receipt? Can we contact INS
about the receipt?
