How soon after marriage can one travel abroad
Hello all,
My daughter (k2) wants to find out how long it will be before she can leave
the USA for a visit to the UK to stay with her father for a short vacation..
I thought it was around six months from filing AOS ( which we will be doing
after we are married in January) , or would I have to apply for AP on her
behalf?
Thankyou,
best wishes

You would apply for AP if you don't want to wait for AOS.
AP can take days or months.

I know there is the site for rolling POE and how long it took, what POE was used, if EAD was issued etc... Is there a site which tracks the INS office in certain cities that show processing times of EAD (if not recieved @ POE), AP, AOS?
Thanks,
Ian
Thanks,
Ian
