That may be of interest / helpful, in the format of an email response to me from the
Visa Unit in Bangkok, Thailand. The problem is that my computer skills are so limited
that I don't know how to format it so I can post it to the newsgroup. I use Outlook
Express, so if someone will send me instructions I will post it here.

What don't u just cut and paste??

Select the text you want to copy. Hit the Ctrl key and the "c" key to COPY Go to a
new message window in Outlook Express Hit the Ctrl key and the "v" key to Paste. Hit
the send key to send.

Hope that helps. This copy paste thing works in all windows programs and will come in
handy to you many times over.
