I-94 wasn't taken away by airline
Hello:
My H1-B was expired couple days ago, and I left the US just right on
time as written on the I-94. However, I just found out now that the
airline forgot to take my I-94 away. When I checked my passport right
after I got the boarding passes, I thought they took it away. I must
have been very tired on that day.
What should I do? Should I mail the I-94 back to the USCIS in the US?
And if so, where exactly should I maill it? I do plan to apply for
another H1-B when I am eligible and I plan to visit the US again in
the future, so I do not want any problems with the USCIS.
Could somebody kindly give me an advise as what I should do? I'd
really appreciate you help.
Thank you so much
Kritt
