Hi everyone,

1) Me and my wife are currently living with my (to-be) sponsor and was wondering which form do i have him fill out 864 or 864a?? or both??

2) My wife is 19 and has just got herself her first job this month, on the I-864 it asks about related tax questions, she has never filed tax returns before so how can she fill out that section (Part 4 Section C.) There is no check boxes that describe her status.
Leave blank or jus tick one ( i know the INS is funny about questions left blank).


P.S do you think that you could reply to my other question i have. (a little more complex). Google is so slow at updating to the NG that ppl missed it.
