I-864, Do I need to submit 1 or 3 years or tax transcript?
Hello, I am not sure if I need to submit 1 year W2 and tax transcript for my I-864 or all 3 years? Any help would be great, thank you.

I'm making this suggestion because it seems like you are asking others to do the research for you, since nearly all of the answers you are seeking are found with a minimum amount of online research.

My wife and I filed her I-864 for me in December 2005, after the
requirement for only one year of transcripts came into effect. We
received our interview letter, it still says to provide tax returns
and W2s for the past three years. Needless to say we'll be taking 3
years worth of tax documents with us.

Is it just the I-864 that needs the most recent year or the I-134 as well?

When using the I-134 for a non-immigrant visa, the consulate may still require 3 years of tax returns.

We are filing for AOS. I believe that the 3 years is still required
for I-134 applicants, but that the USCIS has used its discretion to
only ask for 1 year for AOS. However, one thing I've seen in this
group before is that too much documentation is not a bad thing. So I'm
still taking 3 years of tax records. I did submit an I-864 with my
I-485 application but I forgot to include an employment letter. I
never received a RFE. Does this mean that the I-864 we submitted was
judged to be acceptable, or am I safer off having a new completed
I-864 with me for the interview?
