I-751 - Texas Service Center
I called the 1800 number today to inform them of my change of address. She had asked me for my details including the receipt date of my Notice. When I told her it was 6/6/05, she stated they were actually working on notices for the 6th of June and the present time. Looks like they are speeding things up. Not sure if I will my address change will go through in time, so will probably get whatever they're sending to the old Address which will be returned. Then I'll have to wait for them to send it out again (is what they told me). Another neat thing is that they asked me for my email address, as they are now starting to email people to let them know they are sending something out within 30 days. So I should receive an email that my change of address has taken place and that they are sending out a notice of Action.
I'm hoping they approve my case (I just refiled my I751 with waiver - Good faith Marriage/Divorced in July). I started this process back in May of 2000. Hopefully it will finally be settled within the month.... I Live in hope. I'll post an update as soon as I hear something new.
