1. You still have not changed your mindset.
2. You still worry a lot. WORRYING WILL NEVER HELP YOU.
3. You will lose this case and be sent back to your country if you fail to change the way you think. Do it now for your sake.
4. Things happen for different reasons. In your case, you are learning one of life's greatest lessons; FAITH and PATIENCE. Having a 10/yr GC doesn't make you Bill Gates. If you learn your lessons from this, change your mind set and trust in God that everything will turn for your good, like I said b/4 and I will say it again, you will not only get the 10/yr GC, but you will go far in life. And most importantly, your wife will come back to beg you for forgiveness. Trust me on this.
Cheer up, buy yourself a sandwich or pizza or what ever you like, extend your lease for 6 months or whatever, continue at your job like nothing happened, enjoy your days, pray to God cos IT IS WAY FAR FROM OVER BROTHER!

Hey TB. Again, I have gone through your recent back and fort postings. Here is what I think:
1. You still have not changed your mindset.
2. You still worry a lot. WORRYING WILL NEVER HELP YOU.
3. You will lose this case and be sent back to your country if you fail to change the way you think. Do it now for your sake.

Thanks I deeply and sincerely appreciate your thoughts on my situation I REALLY DO. I know my life had taken a tangent from the normal path but its NOT THE END OF THE WORLD FOR ME. Its just I was emotionally devastated but to be honest with you I am gaining a little strength day by day. Actually I have started to appreciate life in a more truer sense, this forum is a form of catharsis for me... I have gained a lot of emotional strength by reading other cases here. This forum is helping lot of folks who need an advice, a pat on a back and as you are doing "lifting spirits" and thats so amazing...
And Yes Believe GOD has his own mysterious ways.
Thanks Brother

Perfect timing for your sermon for the ones who are low in spirit. Anything works when feeling low. The hungry enjoy potatoes in absence of steak.

Hi All
Wants to give an update on my situation. I went to my divorce hearing infront of a Master on 04/20/10, it went fine and I have been told by my divorce lawyer that the paperwork will sit for 10 days which are mandatory and then my file will be presented infront of a Judge who give the final decision.
So hopefully I will get the divorce decree sometime mid May 2010 or end. I still haven't got RFE so have some time on my side.

That's great that they received it...I wonder if you need to wait until they send you RFE, or could you be proactive and send them the divorce decree?
It's worth an infopass..
