Default I-751

Hiu, all
I am still confused for filling the form.

My mailing address is not different from the residence. So, in this
part, in every column, I should put N/A. Is it right? So does the part
5 about the kids. In every colum, i should put in N/A

How about Part 6, we filr togethe and the from says complete if you
are...... . In this case should we leave it blank or still put N/A to
all the column.

Thanks all for the help.

Don't put N/A - the question is applicable, you just don't have any kids.
Just put NONE in the first column and leave the rest blank.

I don't see how the form can be any simpler. If you are filing jointly, and
you say you are, you both sign, print your name and put the date down.

Andy.

Andy is on the money with his explanation of the N/A and None response.

As for the mailing address ... put "Same" or be redundant and re-enter the same address.

Obviously there are multiple versions floating about - I've posted what the
current web version says.

Andy.

You could use the older version, if you like. The BCIS website says you can. Personally, I prefer to use the latest version available.... Check here first:

Good luck!!
