At this point, I think you need to wait for the new original appointment letter. I doubt the ASC office will accept a photocopy of the appointment letter. Although I guess you can try, if it's convenient to you....but I believe you need the original appointment letter.

Re: I-751 (2007 Only)
All a bit daft, since I sent the original to the actual ASC office for the reschedule. So if they haven't sent it back, I can say that I don't have the original but YOU do!

Re: I-751 (2007 Only)
Updated Timeline (CSC)
Sent I-751: July 28
I-751 received by USCIS: July 30
1 year extension letter: August 13
Biometrics letter: August 24
Biometrics appointment: September 7
Date of Decision: September 12
Approval Notice Received: September 20
And at last...
10 Years Green card Received: September 29!
I'm so happy, I can't stop staring at my new shiny card And as an added bonus, my picture doesn't look nearly as bad as I thought it would look!
My husband and I want to celebrate... any suggestions on what we should do?
Feels so weird, though - now that I'm not checking my online case status every day or anticipating the next immigration step, what am I going to do with my time? Does anyone here feel the same? I guess I could start studying for my citizenship test!
Speaking of, I just want confirmation from you lovely knowledgeable people - I became a permanent resident on August 15th 2005 - does that mean I can apply for citizenship on August 15th 2008 minus 90 days (so, around the end of May 2008)?
