I-134 quick question
when having the Affidavit of support notarized, will i need both of my parents there to sign? or will one suffice? They are jointly being the co-sponors for my fiance since they have joint taxt returns and such.

The paper will be signed in the presence of the notary who will attest
he/she has seen documentation indicating the people signing the document
are who they say they are. So, if both parents are sponsor, then both
would sign.

i amjust wonderinf here...is it alright if they both sign one? on the I-134 where it says "i blank resideing at blank" should they put both their names in? do they need to fill anything else out?
also, when we get it notarize, do we have to take all the other papers with us, or just the actual affidavit?

I would assume one each (not sure). When you notarize the I-134 you just need to bring in the form itself and photo id for each person signing. In NY it's $2.00 per notary signature.
