Default I-130 for sibling: question for Ingo/Sylvia

I am a US citizen and will be filing I130 for two of my siblings. Sibling
#1 is married and has a 10 year old daughter; sibling #2 is unmarried. I
realize that sibling petitions have a queue that is more than 10 years
long. My questions are:

(a) Sibling #1's daughter will be 20+ years by the time the priority date
becomes current. What is the cut off age? 18 years? 21 years? 21 years if
in college?

(b) If Sibling # 2 marries during the waiting time, will the spouse be
automatically covered? What about any children born after filing I130 but
before the priority date becomes current?

Would I need to file any other applications/forms whenever beneficiary's
status (marriage/children, etc.) changes?

Thanks.

The cutoff date is the 21st birthday if unmarried; date of marriage if the
person marries.

Yes.

Yes.
