Marriage and alternative means of VISA for the US
Hello,
I have a question for everyone, if my wife and I were to get divorced,
prior to the interview, would there be any alternate ways for her to
get a permanent GC? This may sound like an odd question, but let me
give you some background information.
We met about 2 years ago, and the magic that is love happened. We were
married last September, in the peak of our relationship.
Unfortunately, feelings change and she seems much more interested in
numerous people from her workplace instead of me. Now, while I am
still very hurt by this, I don't want anything bad to happen to her
(given the current state of the union). So thus is the basis for my
question. I know it may sound quite queer, but I still love her very
much and I do not wish for her to go back to her country. (I was born
in the U.S, she was born in Norway and has attained her current
citizenship because of our marriage)
Any help is greatly appreciated,
