I-130 (parents) processing at TSC
Hi,
I have filed I-130 for my father 7 months ago at Texas Service
Center,and it hasn't been approved yet.I thought it takes only 9
months to process,but according to their processing times,they're
currently processing cases filed July 2001. Does it really take this
long?
Has anyone received an approval from TSC? Please,tell me how long does
it REALLY take.
