Default I-130 at NSC got FROZEN!!!

Folks:

Have you noticed that the processing date for some of the application such as form I-130 (for spouse/immediate relatives of US Citizen) is literally FROZEN at NSC fro last 4 months? The current processing date says 04/19/2002.

I guess all of ours family would have been here under non immigrant visa rather trying for K3/I-130. We are being punished because you are citizen and pay the tax. Non-immigrat visa (H1, L1, K, B1/B2 etc.) gets the free pass: no security check, no IBIS hit...WOW....

Can you believe this?

hello saha

We are a k1 and under adminstrative review at the mumbai consulate for over 3 months now for no reason. So I believe its not because of the k3. Cause my fiance should have been here with me in august but we are unnecessary on hold now. So even when we did everything right, we are getting punished for being in love. Go figure this one out, did everything right by the law and still being on hold and we are a k1. Kind of gets me upset that we followed the law and not getting no where. Its awful that I am a us born citizen, pay tons of taxes, father faught for this country in a war, and this is the thanks i get.

Verry sad! Very sad!

K1/k3/I-130 they all are treated same way! I know your story! I have nothing to say! All I do is pray for every one!

This is really very difficult time for all of us waiting to meet/reunite with family and love once. Emotions are running real high here for every one. There are very potential chances of going things wrong because of this endless wait and potential chance of misunderstanding.

Hang in there!! Lord will serve us the justice!! We all are frustrated about INS because INS got the unlimited power and ridiculous nature, worse combination possible.

I have prayed and prayed and nothing is happening. I feel like the good lord has walked away from me. I have prayed that his interview was fair. That didn't happen. I prayed that he will be here maybe october, nothing happened. My own government(DOS) and religion has failed me. I don't know who to trust no more, I have nothing to rely on.

I am so upset cause most people get their visa on the same day with no interrogations.

IBIS checks are done on these categories too. Of course in some cases (H1,
L1) it only needs to be done on the beneficiary and not the sponsor too
because the sponsor is a company.

Andy.
