I was wondering how long it should take MSC to post that they received the requested information. I am waiting on a K3 visa which we applied for in mid July. On septmeber 30 th a RFE was sent and we returned the information early in October. Since than we have not heard from them and when checking the status online they still have not updated the status indicating that they received the information.
I am getting more and more nervous since it has already been so much longer for us than most people who filed around the same time even if they received RFEs as well.
Is there anything that can be done or anyone we can contact to find out where we are standing now?
