service centre audits
Hello, Rete!
I thought I'd post a new thread on this one as I'm sure a lot of people don't know about the closure for the audits, as I didn't.
If all the service centres were closed from mid Sep-early Oct, and the petitions already on the adjudicators desk were the ones being seen to by the staff who WERE there, do you by any chance know where Texas would stand? A few weeks ago, TSC were processing 09/30/02 I-129F's, then they had a weird shift as of Oct 15th, and went back to 09/11/02 dates. When they say they're processing 09/30/02, does this mean that those petitions on or before this date are only just being dealt with, or they're on the adjudicators desk? If they're only just being looked at, I have a feeling I'm in for a very long wait, coz my 1st NOA was 09/18/02, and that means it was in right at the beginning of the audit.
I'll be looking out for Matthew Udall's report in the next few days, but any light you can shed on this would be much appreciated.
