Help.. :(:(:(
Hi,
I was offered a job and just found out my boss had been messing me around for a whole year.
My fiance is in US and I want to be with him desperately.
I want to know what options we have to be together in US and whats the fastest and best way.
I know fiance visa takes a long time.
I was thinking of just going over to SF on visa waiver program and getting married... has anyone done this? if so, did you have any problems going back to US?
I really am REALLY desperate, i have just had enough, my stupid boss. (
Hope someone can help me..
thank you in advance.
please mail me at [email protected] if you have any ideas or info. I really would appreciate it.
Thanks again.

Doing this on the visa waiver would be immigration fraud and could
potentially get you deported and banned from the US for life. That said,
many people actually do it anyway. Attorneys in such cases usually file a
"fraud waiver" and basically ask INS to forgive them.

Thank you Ingo,
I don't want to have a bad record with INS.
I have spoken to my fiance and I am going to try and get a B1 business visa for 6 months, and we will get married within the 6 months and change status.
The lawyer says that can be done.
Thanks again for your posting.
Sweet.
