So I’m here in the US on my ESTA. I have an interview date for my green-card in London (June 20th, which is still within my 90 days on the ESTA). I’m wondering if there’s any way to simply pick-up while in the US? I know about adjustment of status and how it’s risky but I’m talking about just moving the interview from U.K. to US since I’m here and have a job offer?

Of course, I plan on going back for the medical and interview but things would be a lot easier (and cheaper) if there’s a way to finish things while I’m here.

You are in the USA on the VWP. ESTA is just pre-clearance approval.

One cannot obtain a green card from outside the USA, so most likely you have an interview for an immigrant visa.

No. The immigrant visa interview must be held outside the USA. A visa can't be issued inside the USA.
